   Friendly staff, stocked very well and super organised. They also offer Evri parcel returns. Plenty of free two hour parking for the disabled and general at the rear of the shop. The car park also has clothing donation banks - a set of three which is most handy.

   Learned to appreciate this store during my back/sciatica issue. Easily accessible with parking and extremely kind and helpful staff that would ask me if I needed assistance on several occasions. 5 stars is not enough for this staff.

   Disgusting service, Uber drivers get treated also badly by the staff who work there, it’s like they’re racist to white people, I get followed around by security guard & there’s a Arabic man who works there he’s always on his phone, follows u around very rude, cuts u dirty looks and then if u say something to him he claims ur started, he’s bully and I’ve made complaints they’ve done nothing so next time I go there I’m take a picture of him so I can make a official complaint to higher tesco manger as this superstore that’s tesco is the worst, most racist and stereotypical judgmental bullies I’ve ever met, they all stick together and gang up against you which is really uncomfortable & unprofessional behavior to see, I was also with my pregnant friend whilst he was cutting me dirty look, followed me so I said stay away from me get away from me and they all start, all tho I tried making a complaint to English woman there thinking they’d take it seriously as all the Asians are backing eachother in that tilehurst tesco, the security guard who also follows me around is Asian, I look white, but I’m actually mix race but ik they’re stereotypical judging people as when it’s white Uber driver they leave them to wait around for ages and then when it’s Asian man or female they get seen to straight away like royalty idk how it’s okay to be racist and stereotypical to whites, but even saying Asians is apparently racist, the society we live in today is absolutely horrendous!

   Id be very careful regarding food products from this tesco, i bought a meal deal 1/07/21 in the morning, for one, the choice of selection is very minimal, seems like they dont restock that often, for two, i found a hair in my chicken satay, not blaming tesco due to being vaccum sealed in a factory, but staff should be on the lookout for things like this, or if they do see it why would you put it out on a shelf for a customer to see/pickup/buy.

   Staff here let so,so many people in without face masks,I noticed 2 staff members were not wearing masks either.I had 3 of my grandchildren with me on one occasion when there were 4 women in the shop not wearing face masks my Grandchildren felt very uncomfortable, My 10yr old Granddaughter commented that these women were risking other shoppers and said this is why covid numbers are going up one woman in the group laughed at my Grandchilds comment and took the micky out of here.These women were disgusting.The staff here have to stop letting unmasked people in this shop..

   A very small but convenient shop for the vicinity. They close at 11pm so even if you get hunger pangs at night, you can count on them to give you a fill. Haven't encountered any rude staff member here yet do I'd say they're all alright.

   I've been shopping at this store quite regularly for the past seven years and I've taken my son and his scooter along with me many times before and nobody has stopped us to get the scooter inside the shop before. But a new member of the staff stopped us and said I'm not supposed to bring the scooter inside the shop. I acknowledged that and kept the scooter aside and continued my shopping. But that store person was very adamant, rude and had no decency, he kept following me and my son around while shopping, just to prove his point that I shouldn't have even got the scooter in first place with us, while I had nothing to do with him personally. I mentioned to him that there wasn't any sign board put up outside mentioning that the customer's shouldn't bring their children's scooter inside the shop, if I got the scooter despite the information put up outside, then yes it's ok for the store person to inform me and infact he should be requesting me to keep the scooter outside not rudely confront me like this in front of other customers and demand that I shouldn't even get the scooter inside. The management should make sure that the staff know how to handle customers with at most decency.
