Today I just saw one of the girls who was part of the staff team get bullied by a guy with glasses and a green apron. It was around 12:00. I then spoke to this lady ( I think ) but she said it hadn't happened ( though I doubt it ), and in this case it must have been another woman with long dark hair. This guy was very rude to her and loudly saying things along the lines that she was doing a bad job, in front of all the customers. It was obvious that this was harassment, the guy was not being respecful or fair. One of the staff said that since I can't tell her exactly what was said they won't look into it, although things like this can clearly be seen on CCTV. It is a big letdown to see something like that, and that it seems to be so accepted that that guy was feeling safe harassing her like that in public.

Atrocious! Awful selection of anything healthy, all their own brand good have palm oil which kills wildlife and full of UPFS! It’s also really expensive for the pleasure. You can get a meal deal that’s the same quality from Sainsbury’s literally around the corner for almost half the price and if anything, Sainsbury’s sandwiches have fewer upfs. Even the sushi section is tiny.

Decent store with all necessary items needed. Saves me from travelling out further when visiting Henley for long weekends.

A typical Waitrose & Partners store. The shopping experience was great especially with the Scan and Shop and the store was immaculate.

Henley branch - No freezer units working (again) no bakery, poorly stocked shelves (regularly) invisible management (always) Come on M&S seize the opportunity. One week later and once again no freezers

This branch of Waitrose is a fairly standard, small town branch. It sits between the Kings Rad Car Park and Bell Street. We called in to pick up just a couple of essentials, so didn’t have a thorough look around, but what we saw was fairly run of the mill.

Decent Waitrose but doesn’t have an in store toilet. Car park is chargeable too.

Way inferior to other Waitrose shops. Empty and out of many products constantly. Why? Wallingford and Twyford always well stocked. No excuse. Bad ordering system must be to blame. Pathetic range of products compared to other Waitrose stores nearby. Hopeless overall. All staff on shop floor pleasant and helpful. Must be the ordering system and weak management higher up. Dreadful.

It's a grocery store. The staff is friendly and choices are plentiful. The parking lot is often crowded.

I will not be buying food from the waitrose meat counter again. £58 for 1.7 kilos of beef is thievery. it has no taste. worth £10 at most. didn't last me two days of eating. empty "calories". no energy after eating it. scam price. you can get 4 or 5 beef steaks on the shelf for £10 to £20. half the shelves are empty as planned by the traitorous "government" and WEF. stock up where you can. all the shelves keep on being moved around for no reason. all the staff are friendly atleast.
