   The staff at Tesco are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always helpful. Eric recently helped me when I threw something away by mistake and he helped me go through the recycling crate! I really cannot thank him enough.

   Great Tesco Tesco Henley is your usual Tesco were you can pick up all the essentials and more. It is actually a decent size and had lots of amenities (including cafeteria, toilets, etc). We really liked it and shopped here a few times whilst in this region. The parking is also very large so not problem to park.

   While visiting the store to do some shopping, I returned to my car to find that the battery had unfortunately died. As someone who lives three hours away, I was understandably quite stressed. I went back into the store and asked at the front desk if they could make an announcement to see if anyone had jump leads. That’s when a staff member, Stacey, overheard and immediately offered to help. She said she had some in her car and was more than happy to assist. Along with her colleague Hari, they helped get my car started again — and thanks to them, I was able to make the long journey home safely. I didn’t get the chance to come back inside and properly thank them as I had to get on the road, but I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Both Stacey and Hari went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful.

   Tesco Henley - You don’t have enough check out staff and your new Manual Self Service bulk check outs are absolute rubbish. Why have I spent 20mins trying to check out my family shop….? Every item needs a store log in. Absolute misery. It’s a rubbish system, get rid of it and put staff on!!!

   Generally quite good, clean, well stocked, with helpful staff. It is irritating that some common items just disappear. There has been no Tesco Thick Cut marmalade for over 3 weeks, and this week there were no bacon lardons or Dove soaps.

   Since September 2021 food prices have rocketed in all Tesco super stores,used to be cheaper than Tesco express but prices are slowly creeping up to super store prices,most items are up easily by 20% and 25% or more on some items ,Tesco’s have been milking us the public with higher prices since 2021 Lidel and Aldi are still good value for money .

   Rarely has what I want, everytime I use the self scan system, it always does a security check therefore negating the 'only I touch' thing for covid and timesaving feature. I only use the tills now At least someone will then think I'm not trying to steal

   Well stocked Tesco with all the usual stuff. Plenty of parking available but it sometimes feels it’s small for the area. There’s a car wash as well in case you wish to get that done ..

   A typical Tesco Superstore but with staff who are obviously highly motivated and happy in their jobs in that the ones i meet always smile & most remember my name. Even though it's smaller than Readings Tesco Extra, I've never seen any empty shelves yet and we always manage to complete our shop. Some new self serve tills have just been added. There is a clothes bank in the very large car park.
