   The best garage ever. Was there a couple of times and now trying to resolve problem with my audi a4. First of all so quick service, your car is ready at the same day and if it's can't be ready at the same day, they will let you know before starting to do anything, what is so great. Costumer service is brilliant. Didn't see any garage where would be that detailed explanation about the problem. So there is no any doubt that they know what they are doing and what will helps your car. Will Never go anywhere else as this is the best garage with the best professionals.

   I will only ever go to this garage in Aberdeen from now on. They have the most talented mechanics and the friendliest and most accommodating receptionist. After 2 AA recovery drivers who were also mechanics and another garage assessed my car and assured me that it was safe to drive, I was grateful to drive into this garage the day after Easter when about 15 other garages were fully booked. Vicky said she will ask the mechanic to have lunch now so they can see me when I arrive. Craig took one look at my car and within less than 5 minutes he diagnosed all of the issues- which included a loose wheel bearing and misaligned front tyre. He works so quickly and he completely fixed the issues that other garages couldn’t. They ordered in parts and new tyres and they arrived within an hour. They charged me so little too, which I did not expect for the speed and quality of their work. Thank you, East Coast Garage!

   Garage ripped off my 60 year old mum who just put her small van in for a service . Cost came to £430. The called to say she needed engine flush she told them 3 times on the phone that she did not want this but they did it anyway at over £100 . They charged £120 to top up brake fluid . We have spoken to other garages and they are in shock as topping up is usually included in services and if not it does not even come close to £120 . We are in the middle of speaking to the ombudsman to take this further . Stay away from this place

   Was well and truly ripped off, £120.00 for brake fluid,, £120.00 for engine flush I did not want doing. Very very upset with this place!! I only wanted a routine service and ended up pay £437. Rip off Aberdeen

   A mobile mechanic, who became a trusted mechanic, recommended this garage. I have since taken about 3 cars there for MOT and other services over the last 4 years. They've always been reliable and helpful. Their pricing is about the cheapest you'd get in the area and for the quality of work, it's so worth it. Will not be using them in a while as I've moved out of Aberdeen but thought to leave a review as they deserve it.
