As a female this garage, Absolutely brilliant. When other garages turned me away they were helpfull, friendly, and helped me get my car working again. Couldn't of asked for better. Will deffinately be using them again.

I went to this garage for the first time as I needed repairs done. After diagnosing the issue they explained in a language I understood and fixed the problem. Also got a full service following that and I am very happy with the results. I dealt with Chris and he was very approachable. Thank you! I will definitely return in the future!

Outstanding quality, professionalism and consistent value for money I have now had several different car dealings with Kris and the team, and in these days of everything costing more, and the need to ensure value and wiser quality choices you can be assured of a top quality expert team looking after your car here. Expert advice is just a phone call away and I say with sincerity that I have saved money by pushing all my business through Kirkhill Auto Services Ltd...my advice is to do the same...you wont be disappointed. My car was booked in for a service earlier this week, only to find the battery was flat just before leaving the house! I called the garage and within an hour, John and a driver had turned up to jump start the car and take it to Dyce for its service and some much needed repairs. Kris and the team went above and beyond, (as always), explaining costs and what work was required, and my car was back on the road first thing this morning! I have no hesitation recommending Kirkhill Autos; that's why I take my car back each year for its MOT and (great) service. Thanks again, guys!

Had to leave my Touareg at short notice as handbrake was sticking and had to go Offshore. They fixed the handbrake efficiently and at reasonable cost. Ended up where I had to leave the vehicle with them for a month as couldn't get a Helicopter. No complaints from them at all even though they are limited on space. Overall, a fantastic service from Kris and John. Very friendly and informative. Will deffo use again and reccomend to anyone!

These guys went above and beyond to Fix my VW caddy. Injector broke over the christmas holidays and they accommodated everything to get it stored safely and fixed that was required. Top notch

Was recommended this garage by my previous mechanic as he was retiring. Called to book in for my mot and I advised that there was a problem with one of the doors not opening. I knew this would result in an MOT fail. Advised to drop the car off first thing on Monday morning and it would be looked at to see if anything else needed and I'd be called once this was done - advised it would take about an hour. The first of many calls was placed as had not heard by 11.30am if there were any other issues. Advised they were just doing the MOT but had a few extra issues that needed fixing. Told they would call back once the MOT was complete, would be about half an hour. 1.5 hrs later I called to get an update where I was told the door had not been investigated yet and updated re additional problems. I asked for a quote for the work and a timescale, they said they would call me back in half an hour. 1.5 hours later I called, as they were closing for the day soon, and advised door issue had not been investigated, and the quote was partial due to this. They advised they couldn't start any work until Thursday (now too late to ask another garage to do the work as failed it's MOT) - begs the question why they needed my car to be dropped off first thing on Monday?? Should have it back by Thursday/Friday. Called on Thursday to see if I could get a courtesy car as I had plans with family, they said that the work should be completed, they hoped that day but would call to update. No call. Phoned again on Friday morning, advised that they were just waiting on a new lock for the door as had to break it to get the door opened. I asked if it was broken wires as I'd suggested, they said that it wasn't but the lock had jammed and this sometimes happens. They would call when ready and give plenty notice so I could arrange a lift. Hadn't heard by 2pm so called and advised that they were working on the springs etc (that I had been told happened on Thursday) and would then do the door. Argh!!!!! They would call when ready, it should be ready today. Finally got a call at 4.05pm to say car ready to collect (55mins notice to arrange a lift). Got the car back, door trim not put back on as requested, headrest off and double the price quoted. Turns out the wires on the door were indeed broken as I had suggested. Would definitely NOT recommend - the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a garage (been driving for over 20 years). Avoid!

Look no further for your car maintenance, service and MOT needs. Exceptional service from a great guy. Kris went above and beyond to squeeze me in for an MOT at very short notice. Superb location if like me, an offshore worker.
