   Excellent service, prompt, with a very fair price, no added on jobs, or fluffed up requirements. After experiencing problems with my clutch, where my pedal would not rise back up, (full loss of feeling and hydraulic pressure) Terry at TSL was the only mechanic in Aberdeen to take the time to discuss the problem with me and discuss what th likely caye o the fault would be. All the other garages had me taking to receptionists who were relaying secondhand info from their mechanics. Because of this only would do a full clutch rework/replacement. Terry took the time to discuss the problem areas and even quoted a series of fixed prices to get the job done depending on what the issue was. He provided much fairer prices than the other garages, and even unpromptedly reduced the price as one of the components he thought was an broken turned out to be fine, even though he had already ordered the replacement part. He even managed to do the job in two days from the initial call.

   Terry is an extremely well skilled mechanic and his customer service is unmatched in Aberdeen. He has helped me out on numerous occasions and is always totally transparent in regards to pricing and the amount of work that is actually required on my car - something that is not common among mechanics in the city! I always recommend TSL Auto to friends and colleagues where possible, and I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a decent mechanic to use Terry. Love this guy.
