   Came in the morning to get something for bfast , had under 5£ in 5 and 20 pence in change the bill was 4.50 £ ,the only money with me as did not take card , and i was refused to be served , she did not want any change.

   Was denied access into the store by the guard for having an open juice can in my hands. I tried to ask where I could leave it, at the entrance, because it was really not a problem to do so. But he insisted on mansplaining to me, like I was a kid or something, on what a shameful act I did and that next time I should be wiser and that this time he does me a big favor by letting me inside. I said that I do not agree with this attitude, after which I was asked to leave the shop.

   I used to shop in this store to some degree most days, not every day but most. However, after today's encounter with an incredibly surly member of staff who claimed to be the manager I will not be stepping foot inside this store again. His attitude has not only cost the store my future custom, I was so incensed by his attitude that all of my shopping was returned to the shelf and I left without spending a single penny. When I visited the store yesterday a particular item was in the reduced for clearance section at a significantly reduced price, but was still ringing up at full price at the till. A member of staff took the price sticker down from the shelf so she could correct the transaction, but failed to return it to the shelf afterwards, as I discovered on a return visit today. As this item represented particularly good value at its reduced price I intended to purchase more, but because the price sticker hadn't been returned to the shelf I again had to inquire at the till. Rather than bother to check what price the item should be the manager decided he would deign to let me have a couple of them at the reduced price I stated, and proceeded to take the rest of the stock off sale. I should stress that I had not demanded a particular price, I had only sought to confirm what the price should be. Instead of being pro-active and checking the price the manager decided to take the lazy option. I asked the very reasonable question as to how many customers had been ripped off by the till not charging the correct price. The manager's reaction was the sort I would expect from a petulant five year old, not someone in a supposedly professional role. I did call customer services to lodge a complaint afterwards, but I felt their response so poor I have decided the best course of action is to not just boycott this particular store but to boycott all Tesco's stores in future. On the basis of today's experience this should really be a one-star review, but that would be unfair on the staff who are always lovely and very helpful. I do feel very sorry for them if they have to deal with this new manager on a regular basis. If he is comfortable behaving in that manner to customer I wouldn't be at all surprised if he behaves in a similar fashion towards the staff.

   This store has everything you’ll need for a quick shop; and much more, that proves harder to find in a larger store. Staff are super friendly and treat you as your friends would. Emma and Alex are true stars and know exactly what the customer needs. Prices are reasonable, often better than Lidl or Aldi.

   Have visited this store several times. Staff are always Helpful.. However one member of staff that has stood out, due to their politeness helpfulness and went above and beyond duty is Alex the team leader. I belive this person to be a credit to the company.
