Contacted Richard at Remap Aberdeen about my 20230 AW1 Polo GTI. Car just wasn't performing as it should have, factory map was flat and DSG gearbox was slow in shifting. Agreed on a Quantum combined ECU and DSG remap. Booked in quickly, and the team ran the new maps. What a difference. Car was transformed. Smooth transition of power and DSG shifting through the range is now quick and precise.

I called remap Aberdeen they told me they could do the remap no problem at all I’ve rung my vehicle to them I was there for over an hour and a half their attitude was absolutely appalling. Then to top it off told me they couldn’t do the remap as their systems was not advanced enough even though it was a simple stage one remap will definitely not recommend them to anyone very bad experience.
Took my partners car for a remap and it has completely transformed the car! Service was great, really polite and Richard definitely knows his stuff! Richard was very happy to answer any questions we had and explained things as he went through it. We will definitely be back for more in the future!
Arrived early and got started early. Completed with no issues. My BMW X5 is such an effortless drive now, quick with smooth gear changes, overtakes are a dream and seems to be an improvement in fuel consumption. Transformed into a better all round drive. Thanks Richard.
