   Some of them really rude & resist specially when the see ur not white they not even respond to ur hi no thank you and the end the didn’t been tech how to talk to customer service no to be resist and the say hello to white people and to other managers need to check cctv camera when Asian or black in the shop look when the serve them and till !

   Donna who works at the rose kiln lane, reading store on aisle 1 is an absolute gem. That lady needs a raise! She has always displayed an outstanding level of customer service. If there is a product that I'd like and it isn't on the shopfloor she will go out the back and even if there's multiple cages in the warehouse somehow this woman manages to find my product. I've seen the way she treats other customers too and I have to say that I've never seen a member of staff this friendly and willing to help customers, always having a smile on her face. I actually live closer to the home bargains in brunel retail park but I must say the level of customer service I receive from those rose kiln lane staff is definitely worth the 15 minute extra walk to me. Please make sure she hears of my compliment.

   Home bargains bargains are fine. Reading retail Park is terrible. My car has been damaged while parked there, there is no cctv camera and no attendance apart from CPM, who will happily take your money. Shop somewhere else if you value your vehicle or money. Sorry Home Bargains, Iceland and others, I'll leave you a bit more parking for other customers.

   Aisles for wheelchair are not wheelchair friendly the staff are unhelpful and tills are not wide enough to get down need to make more wheelchair friendly until change won't be back so if have a wheelchair not the best place

   So many great products at great low prices compared to the supermarkets and good range of chilled foods, if you on a budget due to the cost of living then I recommend you check out this place for some bargains.

   Very vell priced items. I always love going there as seasonal Isle always filled with stuf that you ant get anywhere. As well grab a charging cable for a 0.99£. Always come in for certain item and come out with full bags for household.

   I have been to many a Home Bargains....sadly this store was the worst I have visited. The shelves were a mess, clearly not been refaced all day! Long queues at the checkout and quite chaotic. The only plus side of the store is the range of goods at this store. Obviously it was good value for money as you would expect from any Home Bargains. The location was easy to get to; just off the main road and just enough parking. I worry if all the stores were busy in this retail park, if there would be enough spaces!
