   My wife came in Saturday afternoon for a manicure & polish. Got charged £18 which she thought was reasonable. By Sunday morning the polish on one nail had come off. By Sunday evening more polish had come off and by Monday they look awful. She went back in to the salon Monday morning & asked for a refund. The lady then said the polish would only last a few days and refused a refund. After my wife complained even more she got £10 refund. This isn’t good. Rubbish customer service. Avoid at all costs

   They accepted me as a walk-in and were really accommodating, even after I changed my mind as to what colour I wanted, they were still really kind and had no problem. Absolutely perfect acrylics, lovely staff and very fair prices.

   Beautiful nails! I've been here 3 times now and had fabulous nails each time - however, I went today and I think the staff were a little stressed and rushing as they cut my cuticle when filing my nails! Staff are lovely though! When they're not as busy, they will offer teas, coffees, water etc! Student discount on full sets of 20% Monday - Wednesday and 10% Thursday - Friday. These are acrylics with shellac on top, costing £32 (including student discount).
