   I asked to have biab gel removed and they only used the electric drill to remove all the gel, instead of removing the surface with the drill and finishing with a soak. My nails are still in a really bad state, 6 weeks later. I was very disappointed and I won't be using this place again.

   How disgusting unprofessional this salon is! I visited the salon yesterday and requested Gel for my toe. Without discussing the price, they hurried me to the pedicure chair, seated me, and another staff member began applying product to my toes. Shortly after, a different lady approached with a calculator, informing me that I should opt for Shellac at £30, whereas Gel would cost £40. I expressed my preference for Gel and indicated that I was willing to pay the £40. They consented to this. Moments later, the lady returned, stating that Shellac was £30, but if I chose Gel, it would incur an additional £15 charge. I felt pressured to select Shellac due to its lower cost. At this point, my frustration escalated! Shellac only takes a few minutes to apply, which is likely why she was attempting to save time for her scheduled clients by pressuring me. While the extensions were being glued to my toes, the other lady intervened, instructing her to remove the extensions. I reiterated that we had agreed on £40, and I refused to have Shellac done, yet the price was increased, effectively forcing me into the option she preferred. She repeatedly claimed that I did not understand the situation. I was infuriated, questioning what there was to misunderstand. I requested to see their menu, certain that the price for Gel on toes was not £45, but she declined to show it to me. I ultimately stood up and left, seething. My car was parked right next to the nail salon, and I noticed her discussing the incident with other customers, likely embellishing the story to portray herself as a victim. I strongly advise against visiting this salon.

   I have recently started coming here after a strong recommendation from my friend. I have absolutely loved my nails so far and such a lovely salon to get them done in too. I have the Biab Gel and cannot fault them. The French tip looks perfect and they last for so long. Super happy so far! Thank you so much!

   have had such great experiences but was very rushed today, lady who did my nails was careless, smudging them and making them super uneven. also at a previous visit one of the younger staff decided to joke about my scars. would not recomened

   Been a few times! First couple of times really good just had a colour! The last time I went was awful I showed a photo of what I wanted and it was completely different to what the photo was shown. They don’t use CND I had to go somewhere else to get them done and it was so hard to get off. Personally wouldn’t recommend. They also have a conversation in there own language so your sat in silence most of the time.

   I had my nails done there for the first time on 2nd June 2021. I wasn't too happy as I felt rushed and they didn't look very professional. However, I didn't say anything. I returned for infills today, 23rd June, and was appalled at the "service". The workstation was filthy - didn't look as if it had been cleaned in ages - the person who worked on my nails was quick, quite rough and actually hurt me 3 times. She also answered the phone 4 times and I was really annoyed. When I mentioned this, she said she has to answer the phone and I replied that she shouldn't be doing both jobs at the same time. Anyway, I said I would like a discount, which I was given, and said I would not be returning there again. Really bad customer service and a most uncomfortable experience.

   I absolutely love this little gem of a salon. It's intimate yet modern and bright. Very handy having free parking at the rear. I've always been very happy with my nails and wouldn't go anywhere else now. T, the owner is a lovely girl. I was her very first customer and will continue seeing her every 3 weeks forever more!!
