Staff always friendly and polite, very convenient and long opening times.

Advertises as an Amazon hub however; refused to accept four of my five Amazon deliveries for unspecified reasons and sent them back to sender, from whom I have heard nothing. So, £50 down the drain. Avoid at all costs. Use the BP or Shell garage on the A4 instead. Note: after reading my review the store owner tracked down my phone number and left me a threatening voicemail message. What he could have done is discuss with me how service can be improved, however I get abuse. Referring to the other reviews, this isn’t the first time he had received criticism for poor service. So let me reiterate: you will find professional hub locker services, better choices of goods and fairer prices elsewhere.

AVOID. Not sure where to start. Has a rigged cash machine that pays out less than requested, but deducts the whole amount from your bank. Thats called theft. Filthy out of date snacks and 'hot food' for the workmen and rotund locals. Overpriced vinegar sold as 'wine'. Owner is rude, clueless and seems to be in a trance like state. In fairness Aldermaston deserves this place, the neighbours either side of the place are truly obnoxious and seem to lie in wait for the passers by who pull in. Depressing on every level as is the 'village' it's located in.

Rude and incompetent. I’ve had three experiences with this store now and can affirmatively say it’s been awful every time. It’s the only UPS access point closest to me, three attempts to drop a parcel there and I’ve had three excuses as to why I can’t. 1. “Not correct packaging, can’t accept it” despite the packaging being as per UPS guidelines. 2. “Cardboard only, not accepting plastic” again despite UPS being content with commercial shrink wrapped packages. 3. “Scanner not working”. Add into this review that the shop is old, cramped, untidy, dirty, and none of the shelves have price or description labels, I’d say the only way this place is still operating is because they are convenient for people. I’d rather drive out of my way for milk than be spoken to like that again.

Tried to drop small parcel off this morning at 9.00am. The chap said"We're not ready for that yet". Not very friendly guy. The produce inside looks good though!

Got ripped off... I was visiting a friend in the area and I needed to buy some credit for my phone. The only shop around was Aldermaston Stores, so I didn't really have a choice. Well, to cut a long story short... The owner gave me a £15 voucher for the wrong network, the worst part was they would not issue a refund nor did they replace the voucher. I didn't even get a "sorry" from the owner. Watch out if you are in the Aldermaston area... It might be a better idea to drive to a petrol station, it's further but you are less likely to be ripped off.
