   Received a rude message today because I got the wrong date for my appointment I genuinely thought it was tomorrow! I was working this morning so couldn’t take the call, I was left with a rude messsge! I get it’s Christmas and they are busy but that’s no way to treat loyal customers! I always make my appointments in plenty of time and never complain when I’m sat waiting! I tip, even when I suspect they are talking about me! I would have happily still paid for the appointment I missed as it was my mistake but not after a message like that, when I saw the message on my break I rang to apologise and again rudeness! I’ve experienced rudeness in there before but let it go, they burnt my finger and later when I was putting it under the light it stung so I looked at my finger and got told off for not watching what I was doing she said I would ruin her work! I was polite and didn’t say anything. I don’t think there attitude towards customers is right.

   I’ve been in today with my 3 yrs old daughter to do my manicure and pedicure. All the staff was very nice and they welcome us. In other salons the staff were bothered because of my daughter sometimes. But today everybody welcomed us so nice. I will definitely come again, even with my daughter sometimes. Thank you!!!

   I’ve come here twice to get my acrylics done- both times they’ve been absolutely beautiful!! I’ve had one of the guys do both sets and he’s quick but perfectionist which is great! The prices are also good - I pay £30-32 for infills depending on what detailing etc i get.

   I was clueless about what I wanted, I just knew I wanted nice nails for holiday! Somehow I got what I needed despite having no idea! Hannah gave me the information and Tim did a great job. Not too full on but something special for me. Will definitely go back.

   Absolutely love my nails. The wife and husband that work here are so friendly, make you feel part of the team. I have naturally thin nails, which they were aware of without me saying! The Swarovski crystals are soo sparkly. THANKS
