   Can I just say a big thank you to Jackie and the manager of the Glenrothes store for all there help today. After the two off them helping me with quite a big order there patient's was put to the limit I feel but all that said they was professionally polite and very helpful. Cheers girls

   In an attempt to reduce my shopping with Amazon and use other companies to support them seriously backfired on this occasion. My delivery arrived damaged and after several phone calls each time in a queue for over 20 mins with horrendous annoying music, the customer service was poor to say the least . Less than zero effort made to resolve the issue. No reply to my email, ended up cancelling the order and going back to Amazon. Appalling service. Still not an Amazon fan but they are efficient.

   I rarely leave a negative review, but feel on this occasion the customer service with returns to Ryman Business has been very poor. We received a large parcel that was damaged and faulty. With haste we sent photos of the damage and the refund was agreed however the collection of the bin after 1 month is still sitting with us! I have made endless phone calls and after long periods of time on the phone, collections have been authorised but this has now happened 4 times, and we still have the bin!! Can I just say a big thank you to Mike as he seems to be the only person doing his job, everything after that is poor.

   I purchased a printer in Rymans Wimbledon back in June. It stopped working properly and as it was under guarantee they swapped it for me. I firstly wanted to thank the man who originally sold it me, he was super helpful and very professional. When I took the printer back they didn't have the same one available in Wimbledon. So the manager rang round loads of other stores trying to locate one. As i was in a hurry to get a replacement, her area manager went to the other shop in the city and drove the printer to Wimbledon for me to collect the very next day. I have never experienced customer service like this. They couldn't have done any more to help me. I cannot recommend Ryman enough. They have been AMAZING and I will always go back there for my stationary and encourage other people to do the same. Thanks again Rymans Wimbledon .

   The delivery couriers you use are a joke, send you an email with a delivery time, they don't show, then say they've delivered it ON A SUNDAY but we work 7 days and it wasn't delivered, no neighbours to drop it with as all closed. Your service I cant fault but I would look at using a different courier, we will not use you again because of this. We even checked our CCTV and no delivery vehicle had been
