   I visited the shop almost ten days to courier a return packet to Amazon, the Amazon still has not receive it, today upon contact with Amazon, they informed me that the packet. Poor service. Now it’s headache to visit the shop again and ask for this.

   I went to The Offy in Downley to return a defective item to Amazon at their Hermes point. I had a problem getting the QR code to print. The man who runs the place, Jacky, was beyond helpful. He was a true gentleman and went out of his way to resolve the issue for me; successfully so. I think his calm, patient and kind demeanour, and his knowledge, are a credit. Thank you to him and to the wonderful The Offy, which is well stocked and very inviting.
