   DO NOT BUY FROM HERE FIRE HAZARD. Awful. Would not take a dangerous faulty electral item as a return. I.e a vape obviously. Bought a faulty vape keeps cutting our randomly then got very hot while charging. I believe this is a fire hazard and vpz will not even take it back let alone offer me an apology. I am in the process of seeking legal advice. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I would attach pictures but I was so scared I threw the vape away COULD OF KILLED A FAMILY OF FOUR. DO NOT SHOP HERE NOT WORTH LOSSING A LIFE OVER A FAUlTY This has even made me consider going back to smoking. Awful awful AWFUL. -5 *

   I always go to VPZ rather than others in the area because of their customer service - I’ve always felt so welcome there. Every member of staff I’ve ever interacted with there has been so helpful and answered all my questions in great detail. Today I went in to enquire about switching devices and also had some questions about liquid strengths etc. Leif helped me and he was brilliant! Took time to inform me of everything I may need to know, answered all my questions, and was generally just fun to talk to. He even set up my new device for me and advised on how to properly charge it. Thanks Leif, hopefully see you next time!

   I’ve always been one to order vape stuff online, however I thought I’d give VPZ a go and I’m glad I did. Alan (who I believe is the manager) is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He is always happy to take me through the different juices I want to try, and lets me know the best deals for saving money. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
