   Chased teenage boys down the road with a machete they pulled from behind the counter becuase they stole a £1.50 sweet and snatched one of the younger lads phone out his hand.

   My husband went to collect a parcel from UPS from Crown Mead today. When my husband went to the counter, he was directed to an easily accessible pile of parcels and told "Help yourself". Are you kidding me?! First of all, the parcels should be in a secure area, but secondly, to tell someone to "help themselves" belies belief. I am going to file a police report related to this, saying that theft is open season at this store. Whilst the police will not do anything, when I see complaints about Crown Mead again on my local Facebook page, I'll give the reference number to complainants to follow this up.

   We have purchased Prime from this shop and have just realised that the Tropical Punch bottle we got is fake! The bottle only has 2 ridges not 5 as the real one does. £10 a bottle and not even real!
