   Manager is rude and chose not to fix a mistake which an employee made when selling to me. Informs the customer that he is wrong even though the product purchased was advised by the employee AND the company that makes the product as being compatible. Never before have i experienced such disrespect when purchasing a faulty product. Would not trust anything they advise, all is nice when buying but heaven forbid you are apparently the only customer ever to have something fail on them. Even though the internet shows she is mistaken and their products are renowned for leaking!!! Would not go back again.

   My go to for vapes everytime. The store is always tidy and clean and the range of products is amazing. Chelsea is a wonderful manager and always goes above and beyond to help me and my wife every time, she is the nicest most friendly member of staff by far, she's an asset to the vape store!!

   After reading the reviews honestly I was a little disappointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hardware was somewhat limited as was the choice in juices. I went in for a mod and some drip tips which she informed were in stock. After arriving to a very friendly welcome. She showed me the two mods that were available in limited colours, my normal choice of tank was not available and the drip tips were not the correct size. Slightly disappointing to be fair. Can't argue about the service but limited choices.

   Greeted me from the moment I stepped into the store, which made my life so easy on seeking advice on the product I was looking for. Not only did (Eric- Basingstoke) the staff member help me choose and set the product up but also increased my knowledge on what I was buying! Honestly the BEST customer service I could ask for! Deffo recommend!
