Visited as our usual soft play closed early for new years eve. Oh dear. Firstly we have been here 20 mins and i am still wearing my coat. Little to no food in stock but an overzealous sign saying you cat bring food. And what food they do have is majorly overpriced 3.95 for cappuccino and was grudgingly gonna pay that until saw machine and decided best not to. Place is not very clean - to wipe a table quickly for fear of sticking to it. No idea when hoover was last used. Also found a chair at our table which i can only describe as chewed?! I popped that one in gap to the dangerous unblocked storage area OMG. Only stayed as our so would have had a meltdown if we simply left.

Very poor place. We went to a 9.30 session, terrible cold, place not cleaned from the day before, including overflowing bins. Lots of hazards for children spotted. Very young staff just sitting in the back kitchen. Found socks and gloves in the ball pit. Lots of dust everywhere. Its a shame as the design of the place is really good and has a potential. Well not be coming back

Firstly I want to say that despite the low star rating the staff here are lovely and welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately that's the only positive I could find, first having to pay per adult is ridiculous, I understand additional adults but considering the children clearly wouldn't be going alone I don't think it is right to charge for every adult. The building itself is freezing and even the poor staff were wearing their coats and scarfs that is not a suitable working environment for them. All the adults were wearing their coats still too. The heated lamps may as well not be there they are not fit for purpose. Half the lights don't work so we're sat in near darkness which just adds to the dingey feel of the whole place. The under 3 section was full of very clearly over three's playing very roughly. The highchairs were filthy I didn't want my baby sitting in it. Food was good quality but unfortunately one child's meal came out 20 minutes before everyone else's, despite ordering together which then meant his went cold because he wanted to eat with his friends. Being one of only two soft plays left in the area it has real potential to be great it just needs a bit of money put into it. I think if they took the time and changed a few things people wouldn't mind paying a bit more for entry but currently it's not worth the entry fee and I can imagine it won't be long until it's shut down like so many others.

The soft play itself is good as you can see your child almost all the time. However it is very tired, but this visit you can see they are trying to make improvements and clean. The food wasnt good at all, we had to wait 1 hour for basic food (nuggets, chips, toasties etc) and only got told after 30 minutes of waiting that is was due to them having no chips so had to go out and get them. They are regularly without simple food items for kids lunch boxes too. Prices being revised is a good thing though as more accurate now.

Sad to be rating so low but honestly if I could rate it a 0 star I would. Please do not take your kids here. It is not safe for children. I went today with my 3 year old and honestly was shocked at how disgusting it was. The softplay is honestly held together with duct tape. The 3 and under area, all the mat flooring had come up so it was just concrete flooring? and there were bins all in the ball pit area? In the corner of this are there is an electric box on the wall uncovered and is in reach of children. The actual softplay itself is run down and again the flooring has come up so most of the bottom floor is just concrete. Nothing worked and it was grubby and sticky. I would never of gone if I knew how bad it had gotten. The stayed for a hour which was only because my daughter (as stubborn as ever) didn’t want to leave as she didn’t understand why I wanted to go. Everything is dusty, there’s random equipment everywhere and honestly felt so disappointing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there on a Saturday with my 1 year old. And quite sadly had a terrible time. My daughter was in the babies section for up to 3 years old and was frightened as there was big kids coming down the slide and slamming into her. I had to tell a few kids off. It was completely overpacked and there were no tables or seating for adults. Most of the toys in the children’s area are broken. We were there for the last session which is supposed to be 2 hours long but left shortly after 30mins of being there after seeing so many dirty balls and dirty equipment. I paid so much money to be there, when there are better places to go. There is also black mould on the back wall. This is supposed to be a children’s play area and it should be a safe and clean environment.

We had horrible experience when we celebrated birthday party. - They gave us Ham sandwich even though we called them prior to the party and informed that all our guests eat only cheese sandwich. - They affected our religious beliefs by making our kids eat Ham - They talked rudely to us and asked us to vacate the party hall when the time was over and the kids were still eating. They could have informed us in a nice way. - Lastly when I asked for an apology letter from the Manager who is on duty between 11:30- 1:30 on 24/12/2022 they told me initially that they will email it later. However at the end, they came to the car park outside their premises and abused us saying that we didnt speak properly to them.

We had a party in Junglemania and it was wonderful! Children had a great time. We had enough water and juice which was very important. It was clean on the table in soft play area and in party room. Children were exited to meet Dexter the Tiger and they enjoyed party food and music. We all had a very good time. Our host Warwick was very helpful, nice and he took care of us and our party very well. Thank you for making this day special! I recommend Junglemania Woodley and I am sure we will come there in the future.

I visited Jungle Mania today with a wide range of children from 1 to 3 years with the intention of staying for lunch. This was not possible as the session time ends at 12 and you are not able to order food past 11:45am. I was also concerned at the safety of some of the equipment and the overall cleanliness, given the soft play is shut after each session for a clean. There were obvious areas that hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and quite a number of sticky section on the foam padding. In regards to safety several exposed metal corners were not foam covered and I caught my hand on a rather exposed sharp bolt. This could be very dangerous for any small child. I was also asked for both my email, and telephone number when paying without an explanation about why this information was required. I was not asked whether I was happy to provide it or told how it would be electronically store. I am concerned from a data protection point of view whether this is legal. I had always rated Jungle Mania before lockdown but given my recent experience on my first return since I was sorely disappointed and will not likely attend again.
