This place could be amazing but it is quite frankly DISGUSTING. Lost 15 minutes of paid for play time as only one member of staff to check people in AND out. Every single table is covered in food and drink rubbish. There are staff… however no one is cleaning - just stood around talking. The play area is large and there are dodgems and a carousel (not open all the time depending on staff) but not a nice place to sit with your mum friends, even the furniture is ripping and broken. Everything needs disinfecting and hoovering.

This place wasn't awful but could be better. Booked online straight forward picked an arrival time but can stay for as long as you like. Sainsbury's carpark max 2 hours stay. My son was having fun so I moved car to multistorey whilst my Nan watched him I was allowed back in don't leave your kids unattended there has to be someone watching them. Photos on entry to make sure the correct child leaves with the right adult. Sensible however slows down exit if both on desk are booking people in. There was a queue to leave. Not the nicest carpet bit sticky toilets were cleanish there was not any toilet paper but second visit it had been topped up along with the soap. We arrived at 12 so I will let them off for the hour wait for it but I wouldn't take your kids in hungry. When it did arrive it was nice the katsu chicken chips were a bit disappointing, service was okay but one person doing coffee and serving prolonged the wait in line not her fault although there wasn't any need to put cups so hard down. Plenty to do although I couldn't find the WiFi password which was a shame because I wasn't able to use the qr codes they have dotted around with interactions for the kids. I wasn't able to get pictures because there so many kids that were not mine in frame but I suppose we would go back.

Visited on a quiet week day, it was really disappointing. Many of the make believe play areas had no toys/accessories in them so not sure what the children are supposed to do in there. There were areas that were broken/missing parts, plus lots of food mess throughout & generally looks like it needs a deep clean. It’s been better than this in previous visits. She still enjoyed the carousel, vets area (actually some toys in here!) & soft play section.

Didnt take many pictures sorry we were having so much fun! Place is huge and brilliant for all ages! Lovely clean soft play with slides, mazes, climbing, wobbly obstacles, mirrors, ball pits, bumper cars, role play village with dress up and props, they have party facilities here, a cafe, toilets and a carousel!! Well worth the money we paid 18.00 fpr an adult and 1 toddler but it wasnt busy when we went term time on a friday at lunchtime it was my 2 year old paradise we had it near enough to ourselves without older kids bumping him over it was great! Staff were friendly and engaging with the children. Fully secure photo entry system and locked gates for in and out. Will defo be back! We came from basingstoke on the train which took around 15 min on train and a five min really easy walk to the venue! Theres a mcdonalds opposite too and its next to sainsburys if u dont want to buy food there. Our food however was nice from the venue and reasonably priced. They sell snacks, fresh cake, biscuits and drinks. It is card payments only. There is a lift for pushchair/wheelchair access also. We did not have to prebook tickets either however i can imagine on weekends this is advised but not essential. 10/10 from us!.

We decided to have our daughter birthday party there today but to be honest I was disappointed about the staff , food and the way they managed the party. Didn't had enough time to eat , not allowed to eat the cake there,I had to tell the lady that there is no juice on the table , to fill it up, the staff was after us all the time to make sure we leave the room even if we didn't finished yet, and you know how is with kids , you can't just take them and go but they were there watching us,keep saying we need to go. Not very happy to be honest .

Not much fun. Going during a peak time is not worth it. It's way too busy even for a busy soft play standards! Nowhere to sit, soft play frame heaving not just with kids but also with parents clogging up passageways. Pretend play areas total mess with stuff all over the floor or nothing left to play with. No lockers is a big let down too. Not worth the money we paid for entry.

Attended our first time at 360 play Farnborough. Personally for us we felt we would never return. I have never been to a child’s play attraction that was so dirty. Considering covid has passed, most business have taken it upon themselves to keep areas clean/tidy. This was definitely not the case. You could see the dirt / dust everywhere. Even in the kids large Lego area. Considering it’s an area used I would assume all day. On top of the large indoor play section was a different level to say the least. We also found some of the staff members so unorganised, and some members actually acted scared of children?? To the point where they would throw their arms up in the air, pause and panic as a child would walk past them? Don’t get me wrong, I know children can come across manic, in a rush and super excited in these areas. But you would think with this being you’re place of work you would know this. Food was awful, I mean who gives out coffee cakes in a child’s lunch bag? I think the concept is great, so many different role play areas and lots to do. just unfortunately letdown by the whole experience due to these reasons. Please don’t let the words 360 into thinking you also have a 360 view of your children also. This is not the case! If this is something you are looking for, I would strongly recommend to parents Rubys Cafe, 100%! super clean, friendly staff and total view of your children.

We decided to party at Farnbourough 360 play and it was an ok experience for us. First, shout out for our host Lorraine who was very helpful and was available throughout and we were glad that we got her as host. However, there were things that we were not very happy about. First, kid was not allowed to cut the cake that was our biggest let down, an experience that our kid missed. Twirl (Mascot) was good and got the kids engaged. The playtime was sufficient and generally the kids were happy. However, we think the food served to the kids was less in quantity. We were allowed to stick some banners and balloons with blu tack. Parking is bit expensive (2 gbp for 2 hours, redeemable at Sainsbury) at Sainsbury so would suggest to park at ASDA instead. We had good time

Dated, tired, dirty, hardly any toys in the role play area. Why is the main play frame in near complete darkness? The images they portray on social media do not show what this place looks like in real life. See photo of the ball pit in the under 3s soft play area. Where are the balls?!?!
