   Had to queue to get in for 15mins in the cold despite already booking in advance. A couple of areas were guarded and kids were told they weren't allowed in because there were too many people. This left my 3 yr old in tears. The price isn't cheap amd so we should be able to get in quickly especially with prebooking. The place has become more disappointing over time.

   I came to visit the soft play from Reading. Online Booking is very easy. Couldn't find any soft play around Reading this good end clean. Very nice and clean. A lot of activities for the kids. Free parking on site. Very friendly staff. Children character play area and football play area as well. Food was good as well. Reasonable prices.

   Great play area for kids, adults can join in with the fun or sit down and have a coffee or tea. The food is pretty convenient for both adults and children alike. Staff are well trained and friendly. There was a fire alarm when I went and it was delt with very professionally, I have been fire safety trained for well over 10 years and they handled the alarm well. Overall a great few hours with the kids.

   Came in on Wednesday 27th of August with my 2 daughters, they had lots of fun in the roll play area. Spoke to a girl called Rubie and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The kids had loads of fun I would definitely recommend, Great day out.

   Busy place on a Sunday afternoon. ..but numbers not to excess as you have to book . Large soft play area. Clean. Pleasant staff. Lost one point as the very interesting science area needed some refurbishment. Very good otherwise.

   I Really liked it. As a kid its a absolutely ginormous soft play with a football zone though it only had one goal in the football zone taking a star off it. With fun slides and all sometimes you get lost. Also 2 hour sessions. I recommend it

   It is a big area and my kids had much fun, they missed a ball pit though, I think they used to have but now was removed. They have places fun for all ages from younger ones to older ones. The price is fair and the place is nice and tidy.

   Our two year old granddaughter had great fun in the under fives area. It is a big area, separate from the large area for over fives,. This was good as she had space to run around without being knocked by older children. She loved it. Good variety of things to play on. The baby swing was great. I think it’d be a good idea to put in a simple, gently self closing device on the gate to the under fives area.
