Like always tp have thier rule and safety rule which if follow they are professional polite and friendly great at unloading

Really friendly trade counter with loads of stock. Prices are a little higher than the hardware store down road which is surprising but the stock is plentiful.
Delivery driver friendly/helpful, but no copy of invoice sent with delivery, and no copy sent to my email address - upshot being no proof of purchase for records. In addition it seems impossible to revive an old online account, where no email confirmation is ever sent. Speaking to them on the phone, they deny there is a problem, but they should try it themselves! TP clearly need to overhaul their online service which is barely fit for purpose from the customer point of view. On the plus side, all materials I have ever ordered have been correctly assembled and in good order.
ordered online and only used you because you had a delivery slot for for the the date i needed, turns out that delivery slot is only for one item and the rests delivery date will be confirmed by local branch. You don’t find this out until payment is made. Customer service number just rings out. I haven’t heard from local branch at all so have contacted them and they now can’t deliver until the monday after, my local branch is 7 mins down the road. No offer of help at all, apparently no drivers in today. I am now paying for staff for the day, tool hire and my own time and they offer nothing back! They’re over priced and bloody useless! #Boycotttravis!

Behind the counter staff belittle people explained exempt from face covering was told had to prove by law completely wrong staff should be trained to communicate properly and when they are not wearing face masks behind the counter one rule for one one rule another never using again try practicing what you preach
Consistently good prices and excellent choice. Staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. All sizes and dimensions are presented in my beloved metric system, imperial fans can also find their thumbs, elbows and furlongs. :P
Easy and laid out well. Picked up order and the Guys were helpful. Although I think some items were missing from my order but we will see, tonight on site.
