   I went yesterday with my son and grandaughter. there were far too many tables and chairs couldn't move. In the photo on website there's fewer and spaced out. They only let you in certain amount at a time and 4 tables with 4 chairs not occupied if they took them away would be much better. However grandaughter enjoyed herself there but please consider removing a few tables and chairs they are not required

   My son loves it here. There is plenty to do - softplay, climbing, ball pit, interactive games, sit ons, sensory and role play areas. Best for children aged 2-7, but even older children would have fun here. The cafe is decent too, and the staff are very friendly. Feels suitably warm. Parking is a bit tight, but we always find space. If I could make any recommendations, it would be to have fewer tables as they are hardly used and it's difficult to pass between them. I would also like to see restocking of the role play areas, e.g. there are hardly any food items in the shop, even at the beginning of the session.

   Absolutely Incredible Kids' Soft Play & Play Area in High Wycombe! This is by far one of the best and most well-thought-out soft play and play areas I’ve ever visited! The space is huge, ensuring that kids stay engaged and entertained for the full 1.5-hour session. There are countless toys and themed play zones, making every visit an adventure. What makes this place truly unique is the variety of immersive play areas. There are huge stables with horses to ride, a police station, a shop, a restaurant, a vet, and even a caravan! Kids can also enjoy a picnic bench area, a sensory room, and a street with scooters and bikes, complete with traffic lights to help them learn about road safety. Everything is beautifully designed with trees, fruits, and animals around, creating a magical, interactive environment. One of the highlights is the electric scooters, which are charged per session—my child absolutely loved them! For younger children, there’s a separate baby area with baby walkers, which is perfect if you have two kids. You can easily move around with your older child while keeping your little one entertained and safe. The café area is another fantastic feature, offering great coffee, sweets, and a variety of breakfast and lunch options for both parents and kids. It’s the perfect place to relax while the little ones play. What truly sets this place apart is the thoughtful design and spaciousness. Unlike many overcrowded play areas, this one has limited bookings, ensuring that every child has enough room to play freely. I highly recommend this place to any parent looking for an incredible play experience. It’s a must-visit and, without a doubt, one of the best children’s entertainment venues I’ve ever found!

   Wow, what an entrance, even before we started our softsoftplay we were having lots fun, the entrance had shells on the walls, fish tanks and lots of flowers hanging down from the ceiling, oh AND a train that ran around the shop which my son loved. Once in we were greeted and had a lovely warm welcome from all the staff. The place was filled with lots of ceiling decor, which I couldnt take my eyes off, so many things to see even for me let alone my 10month old son..hehe. So many things to do, see and play, what a choice, where to go first..absolutely amazing! I've been to a good few softplays and most have restricted rules but here at Playtrain the rules are relaxed. The cafe was lovely, lots to choose from and had a sweet shop vibe to it. My husband and I really enjoyed it here, definitely come back, I highly recommend this softplay for all ages.

   I've been half a dozen times over the last 6 months with my 3yo son and it is always a brilliant experience. Staff are always helpful and friendly. So much for the children to explore. Always clean. Fantastic milkshakes! I love the imaginative play sections, including the new sensory room, so beautifully thought out.

   Where do I start? This place is like Disney for austic children!!! Every small detail is thought of! My son loves this place so much. The staff are AMAZING AND SO SO FRIENDLY! there is so much role play, a sensory room and so much more! Please go here you will LOVE IT

   Brilliant soft play My daughter loves it everytime we bring her here and she absolutely loves the bubbles with the baby shark at the end if the session. There is a separate section for babies and young toddlers and another section for older toddlers and kids. There are pretend shops where they can pretend role play, with ride on rides like the bus. There's a ball pot to keep babies and toddlers entertained. The food is lovely as always. We had ordered some chips, tea and a milkshake! Delicious, loved the chilli dip!

   We had the best morning at Playtrain. Wonderful soft play, role play and sit on toys. My son didn’t stop running around the whole hour and a half we were there. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly, much better than staff at most soft plays we’ve visited. Limited numbers so it didn’t feel to busy at all and we were allocated a table upon arrival which I thought was a great touch. Highly recommend for anybody with children under 8yrs. We’ll definitely be visiting on a weekly basis. Thank you!

   What an incredible soft play centre. We go regularly and we can’t recommend Playtrain highly enough. The equipment is clean, tidy and really exciting for my two sons- 18 months and 4 years old. They are so engaged and excited by everything there. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food and drink are affordable and of good quality, and you’re able to sit and see your children play happily from the seating area. There’s a reason we are there most weekends- it’s the best soft play we’ve been to. Thank you, Playtrain, for looking after us tired parents.
