   Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They delivered the wrong product, and a smaller quantity than I ordered and they refused to send the extra items or refund me what was owing despite emailing and calling for over a month. Also incredibly slow to respond to emails. Avoid this company and shop elsewhere.

   I found Swiftfix about a year ago and what a gem I have found. Firstly they have educated me in a whole range of quality screws and fixing that previously I have been buying substandard from other global providers. I have converted to TORX screws as well and its completely changed the way I look at screws. I have never has a Screw, Bolt, Drill Bit or Tool that i have bought from Swiftfix, fail on me. The days of drilling out broken screws or sheared off heads are gone. Thank you so much for the education and the ease that your fixings and fastenings now give my business and the team. Looking forward to a long and continued business relationship PS: The staff are always very friendly and willing to help with any questions or help you solve problems with sound advice.

   The company is fine, the products was what was ordered and was delivered in a timely fashion etc.. can't complain at that aspect of the trade. Sadly the product I ordered a FAMAG 21mm flat bit is absolute rubbish. First off, from the packet it is blunt.. will hardly cut at all. Secondly the 21mm bit, makes a 22mm hole.. I needed 21mm. If I had taken my £9.00 and threw it down the drain, I'd have been better off. Don't buy this trash!
