I ordered parts on the promise that they would be delivered by Royal Mail 48 tracked service. The parts were needed for a job. Four days later, there are no parts, and the Royal Mail tracking app says they are expecting them. This is very poor service, which causes issues for small businesses like mine.

Avoid! They delivered the wrong parts and they do not have the decency to reply back when asking for a refund. I made it clear that I wanted a refund three times. Still no response. Do not waste your money or time. Find an alternative.
I had an old B&Q mower I wanted to refurbish and Solent Tools were the only supplier that had all the parts required and were reasonably priced. They did send one wrong item, but customer service was excellent and the replacement part arrived next day.
Quality Parts & First Class Service Excellent first time experience with solenttools.co.uk. Ordered a replacement belt for a Russell Hobbs bread maker. Part arrived next day! Cheaper than eBay! The quality was excellent, better than the original part. Unfortunately, the belt was a bit too loose when fitted. I emailed customer services and received a knowledgeable response and timely resolution. Turned out there were different sized belts for my particular model. Order a set of blades for my Performance Power ( B&Q) bench planner which is about ten years old. Hit the order button late morning, blades arrived by second class post the following day! Not only good old Royal Mail acting beyond expectations but Solent Tools must have been on the ball, getting the blades in the post almost immediately. Great experience all around. Blades fitted and only a few test passes but looks to be working perfectly! What more can you ask...
