Been using this branch now for nearly 3 years. Always been well looked after by colin. I've tried "other" trade supplies but they always seen to fail in comparison to jewsons. They have always been able to source what I need in a good time frame with minimal of fuss.

Happily used this branch many times over the years but won't be in a hurry to do so again after today. Called in to buy 2 lengths of skirting. When I asked if they could cut a couple of feet off so they would fit in my car I was told there would be a charge of £5 for each board. When I asked if I could borrow a handsaw so I could do it myself, I was told I could buy one in the shop. I got back in my car and went round to Travis Perkins!!!

Drove an hour there and back to this “Timber Specialist Branch” just to be told their cutting service is unavailable for the foreseeable future due to lack of staff. This could have easily been added to the website which would have saved me a lot of time and money on petrol.

Great jewson branch customer service was excellent staff very friendly and helpful they had tool hire as well and were able to do a take-off on my plans for and double extension and single dwelling I have saved me time and money.
