We have used Floor Giants previously so decided to go back.Great selection of flooring. Ash really helped out on our visit to the showroom as we were undecided on which style to have in new kitchen. and to our delight we even got a discount as returning customers! Highly recommend
After visiting the floor giants showroom in Derby this morning I’d just like to point out the professionalism and transparency of all the staff we came into contact with. I found the guys to be knowledgeable, honest and the price which we have agreed on is fair. The work on my floor is set to begin in February so of course I’ll comment on the work after completion, though in terms of staff/showroom, I couldn’t ask for a better customer experience.
Initial service in store was fantastic. We had been let down by a previous floor supplier and needed some at 4 days notice. Staff were attentive and went to great lengths to ensure that the flooring would come in time for our fitter arriving. We had communication on delivery day that the flooring hadn’t been collected from the warehouse so the owner was going to drive himself to collect the order then next day and assured us it would be dropped off at our house instead. This never happened. No communication. We were left not knowing if the flooring was going to arrive at all. The flooring arrived a day late and unexpected at 8am. The courier stated that he had been told very late the previous night to drop this order first. This was not communicated to us so it caused a lot of unnecessary stress as we thought our floor wouldn’t be laid in time for a new kitchen. The courier stated that this particular floor had actually arrived at the warehouse 2 days prior so he didn’t know why it hadn’t been delivered until now. The floor is fantastic but m the company need to work hard on their communication with customers. Despite the stress they caused we never heard anything from them which is very poor.

Just had a engineered wood herringbone floor fitted by Floor Giants. Service was excellent from start to finish. Price was very competitive with others we visited. The fitter Luke was the star. His attention to detail, he would not be rushed, it was all about the quality. Would recommend to anyone.
An impromptu visit after seeing the sign resulted in a friendly service offered by all the staff. The gentlemen who served us were professional, informative and honest. We ordered flooring quite last minute and staff were so helpful and friendly- nothing was too much of a task for them. They were very informative about the options I was choosing between. The fitters were absolutely amazing- they cracked on an did the job quite a lot quicker than expected. They did extra job for us (pulling up some vinyl) with no issues. Couldn’t recommend the whole service more highly.
Couldn’t be more delighted with the service I received. My laminate floors look amazing, were half the price (including fitting) of anywhere else I got quotes from and they fitted it in two bedrooms, living room and hallway over 1 1/2 days, within a couple of days of my ordering it. The fitter took so much care to ensure that it looks perfect. The salesman at the store was also really helpful.
