   They’re usually a good shop service wise, however, my son who is 16 has been buying my husbands drinks for him (monster and Coca-Cola) for the last six months with no issues. Now currently there is no law restricting under 16’s from buying them, however my son takes ID anyway (a picture of his passport) just in case. The last two times he’s gone to get two cans of monster and two bottles of Coca Cola for my husband has been troubling to say the least. By law no under 16’s should be ID’ed for anything other then alcohol and cigarettes (which I think is definitely fair) However this shop as of two weeks ago first said he had to be 18 to buy an energy drink (This is completely Untrue) but we didn’t fuss as we thought we could always speak to them next time we pop in. However then the second time he was accused of having a fake ID and then the employee decided to take his phone and zoom in on all his personal details on my son’s Passport… taking note that you can actually steal someone’s identity if you ascertain these details… then after about 5mins he gave my sons phone back and then allowed him to buy the drinks. I obviously was not happy. I went in and informed them of the law and they refused outright that there was no law, insisting that there is a law on energy drinks!? In fact, there was a petition in Parliament in 2019 asking for a ban for under 16’s, however as it takes a number of years for a law to be written and passed due to the democratic process of law making by the Houses of Parliament there is in fact NO LAW ON ENERGY DRINKS. This shop should be aware that they are misinformed and I will be taking it further with lawyers if my son is accosted in such a way again. He has been told not to show ID for energy drinks again, bless him, he thought he needed too. I would just advise the manager/owners to check their cctv on employees checking peoples id and possibly even cards as I do believe there may be fraudulent activity happening. It’s a shame as some staff are genuinely lovely, hopefully management can clamp down on the attitude of some of the staff and also help them know the law and to understand that the law cannot just be made up overnight. Also next time instead of laughing in a customers face try and be a bit more humble. Your customers keep you in a job.

   Went into shop today to cash in some lottery and one of the tickets wouldnt scan so they gave it back, i asked could you not put the number in, but she was unwilling to do that and then started speaking in a different language from english to the guy behind the counter !!!! When she gave me the money from the other tickets she just dropped it in my hand and said nothing but glared at me ..... Rude ..... its not from your pocket and its hard enough to win on the lottery a smile wouldnt have hurt would it

   Change name on google maps. "Morrisons" for big shops "morrison daily" for small local. "Not interesting garage nonsens" - thats how you should be called on google maps. You confused me with name of "morrison" made me go all way to what I thought gonna be big supermarket to learn that it is garage( not the cleanest and cheapest garage btw)

   Very clean store and friendly staff, toilets were clean and shelves stocked well. The only reason for a 4 star...no sugar available at the 2 x costa machines.

   Expensive but convenient. Regularly overcharges for shop items, at the till they ring up higher than shelf marked price sometimes by as much as 25%! If you shop here keep a close eye on item pricing if you don't want to get ripped off.
