Lovely welcoming space . We took our grandson and he loved it. Plenty of toys to play with and an excellent role play area upstairs. Beautifully warm too. Just perfect on a wet day. I also have to mention how lovely Leon was in welcoming us in Totcity. We will definitely return!

We stopped in here as was passing through Andover and quickly googled for somewhere to take our 3 year old. OK place, but not particularly welcoming. Thought it was very small and had no roleplay bits, but then we realised there is an upstairs after seeing other people go through a door round the corner. Seemed a bit strange to not tell us when we arrived where things were. Nice roleplay bits for kids.

Booking online was really simple, and the staff were kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. We visited with a three-year-old, a one-year-old who’s just started walking, a six-week-old baby, and three adults – and it cost £18 in total. While the place was clean and tidy, most of the toys and equipment felt quite worn and outdated. It’s clear everything has been well-used, and it could really benefit from a refresh to make it feel more inviting and engaging for the kids. It wasn’t too busy, which was a plus, but overall, the condition of the facilities left us feeling a bit underwhelmed for the price. A shame, as the staff and ease of access were lovely – but we’re not sure we’d return unless some updates were made.

Our little one loves it here but it does need a little tidying up. A recent visit highlighted quite a sharp protrusion on one of the wall mounted fiddle boards at head height for a toddler and lots of things could just do with replacing. Coffee is always nice and it never gets too busy but sometimes kids do get unruly (parents fault) but staff seem too inexperienced to intervene. Good value though and tires the kids out nicely.

Absolutely loved Totcity Winchester with my 2 year old. So much to do and to explore! The toys were so clean, in great condition and it’s lovely to be able to enjoy a hot cup of tea whilst you know your child is safe in a fenced off area and having the best time! Would recommend to everyone, great place to spend some time!

WINCHESTER- We have been first time in TotCity Winchester this morning / first slot. It looked messy and very dirty floors, toys very used / not working & there is portable aircon WITHOUT exhaust outside, completely pointless and was really hot. MUCH smaller than expected and is not on the same level as the coffee shop so you can’t drink coffee and watch kids at the same time. Highly disappointed. We paid £10 for 1,5h (2 adults, 1 child) and didn’t feel like our baby had any better fun than at home.
