The post office closes during random hours thought the day. You show up to quickly pick up your parcel and they say to come back "around 20 minutes later" (what then becomes half an hour, as I've waited once), as they are busy counting money. It happens a lot and you never know if you gonna be served! Very annoying!
I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Morrisons, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience recently . One of the staff members her name is Liza was quite rude and unhelpful during my visit. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected, which is not what I expect from a store known for good service. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, no matter how busy or stressful the environment is. I hope Morrisons will look into staff training to ensure a more positive experience for all customers. Thanks
Went in there today was my 1st time Brandon opened the door for us then we asked him some directions as not local he was really friendly and honestly has the best customer service this gentleman needs to know he's one in a million there are no people out there like him anymore .
Horrible experience in this post office, went to collect a parcel, arrived in the morning 8:30am saying no staff available to do the scans, when theres 3 staffs at least without other customers…. Say 1pm will have staff and we came back to discovered that they cannot find our parcel too… The main reason for the 1 star isn’t about short of staff and the parcel, its because the staff (maybe he’s the manager!) is very rude to us.
This is a lovely shop, well stocked, great range and always nice and tidy. All of the staff are friendly and helpful but special mention needs to go to Ryan, who is an absolute sweetheart to interact with. He is always genuinely pleased to see you, efficient and knowledgeable. A real asset to the Morrisons brand.
Good variety of stock. Could do with a larger choice of beers and lagers. The Post office there is always very efficient and the opening times are very helpful
