   Shelves bare in many places, almost looks like everything is being run down. Very disappointing, Wilko used to have great variety and choice but this branch recently seems very sparse.

   For the past couple of months there seems to be an issue with the store being able to restock the shelves. On several occasions they haven't had what I have gone in for. Other than that, the staff are always helpful and pleasant and the store itself is bright, clean and well laid out.

   Popped in to collect some painting and decorating supplies. Not been in a while so had a good look around. Great place to stock up on the essentials, like bathroom stuff and cleaning supplies. Really good homeward selection and stationery selection. Located next to the main entrance and the lifts to the upper floor car park, so quick to get to.

   Wilkos has always been a great shop, but for the past few months the queues are awful. Again on today's visit there was 5 cashiers but around 25 people waiting. At Christmas it was unbearable. Many people complained about the wait. It could be looked into to make the shopping experience a lot better.

   Great choice very knowledgeable staff. Let down to 2 star because of constant slow moving queues to cashier points. Management should know by now how to plan for busy times. Like 10.30 on a Sunday!
