I do not usually shop in here often but when I have a member of staff called Clare has always been helpful and polite.

Nice shop, has everything you need however some workers are very unreliable and sometimes make you wait a long time because no one is at till when I can’t do self checkout.

I usually shop at this Co-op on Fridays and have always found it convenient. However, I’ve recently felt uncomfortable due to interactions with one member of staff (a man who wears glasses I believe). At first he just asked for my ID, which was fine, but over time his comments have become quite suggestive and not appropriate for a workplace. It’s made me feel uneasy coming into the store. I’m not trying to cause trouble for anyone, but I’d really appreciate if management took this seriously and reminded staff to keep things professional so customers can feel comfortable shopping here.

Rashed helped me with my electric key and card after a few technical problems. Going that extra mile to help made my day (week even!) after being let down by every other pay point in Winchester. Thank you for being patient and kind. Great job, great staff, great store! Best

There are some very nice staff here very pleasant, it is my local store so visit often but I’ve noticed there is this one member of staff, I think his name is Lewis or Lucas something like that, who stinks to high heaven.. Basic hygiene would not go a miss and it would make shopping here a pleasant experience! I do not want to be that type of person but it has gotten to that point now, along with a few customers that have not had the best hygiene and I’ve seen staff members spray febreeze as they’ve left.. So atleast some are doing their part.

First visit, helpful staff and self check out was a breeze. However the sandwich shelf looked a bit bare, perhaps it was the late afternoon. Good disabled access. Will visit again

It’s a good store with lots of cost effective bargains, if you look for them. It could do with remaining open later. As it’s the only convenience store (it appears) at this end of Winchester. When your working late that extra 15 minutes walk to the Tesco express in the high street can be massively frustrating!

Ideal store, however it appears logistics fail it. Staff try their best to correct issues when possible. More effort could be given to ensure products are labelled and priced, but realistically the head office needs to supply this store accordingly and not on a whim. It is only a small store, so don't expect all the offers. They have somehow managed to make use of the limited space.

Fairly decent store. Glad it has a bakery section, as the pastries are very tasty. A little on the pricey side for drinks and the queue was fairly long, they could have done with a second staff member on the tills.

One member of staff stinks to high heaven, NOT acceptable to have someone who doesn't care about personal hygiene serving customers in a food store. The last straw in a long line of unpleasant experiences! I'm so done with shopping there.
