   The customer service in this store is consistently poor. Staff are incredibly rude, unhelpful, and often unwilling to assist when issues arise. The self-checkout machines are regularly out of order, and instead of monitoring them, staff tend to gather around the staff-only door having a chat — leaving customers to hunt them down just to get basic help. This isn’t an isolated experience either; looking at other reviews, it’s clear that many shoppers have encountered the same problems.

   I have had quite a few encounters with rude staff. One lady actually stood back onto me and looked at me like I had done something wrong, and didn't apologise! I have overheard many rude encounters and had looks from fellow shoppers as if to say "woah!". Serving really needs to be faster with more attention given. Even at the self serve they don't listen out for your "approval needed" so you're stood there for 5-6 minutes too, and then when you politely prompt them to approve it's a huff!

   Older woman at the till was being rude with me because I asked for a bag with my flowers and cake. I explained that I need a bag because it's a surprise for my partner but she responded with a bad attitude and said I should be able to carry it to the car. Then when my contact less didn't work and I went to change cards she raised her voice at me and told me I need to know my pin numbers. I told her I will just use another card, at that point my payment went through and she responded with "oh that was lucky". I heard her slagging off a previous customer to the people ifnront of me also. Shouldn't hire people with such bad attitudes into a customer facing role.

   Don’t like the new pay at pump only option - why have they done this ??? - no way to use Apple Pay or google pay, tesco pay plus won’t work either

   This is a charming little store, but don't let its size fool you, I have popped in to grab everything from toiletries to snacks, and even something to eat for my evening dinner. Ample parking, friendly staff, and two self-service checkouts. A good place to shop.

   This store is good & handy to have in the village. There is a car park at the back of the store,but some people do insist on parking in front of the pumps when they aren't buying fuel only purchasing goods. The staff are really friendly & helpful, they get 10/10 for customer service. Just wish some of the customers were more focused on other people using the facilities.
