   I have been in the store, I buy a bread and a cheese, was 6£ and and after I payd I just wanted to buy some pufuleti and I got refused because minimum its 5£ with card even if 2 seconds before I was paying 5£

   I went to Southampton from Germany for a trip and some of my friends introduced me to this store. I came to this store today 01/01/2023 and it is the only store open. A young man was working there and he was a very good boy and I am very happy that a young man is serving, happy new year.

   I was impressed with the selection in this shop until I got back to the car park and was approached by a man who asked to look in my bag. I agreed as I'd paid so nothing to hide. He grabbed the bag off of me and refused to give it back to me whilst marching me back to the shop for me to point out who I gave my money to! Even worse,when she said I had paid he wouldn't even apologise for his mistake! Absolutely fuming I've never been so insulted or treated like that in my life and actually can't help but wonder if I lived in the area or had spoken Polish (which I can but didn't) I'd have been treated the same! I'll stick to the deli in Bitterne next time where the staff are much nicer!

   Well stocked store. Large selection of products. Unfortunately, the service level leaves a lot to be desired. Seller was asking me in Polish ..Guess what... I don't speak polish because we are in UK and english it's the language of this country. Please adapt. On the virus point of view,the store was clean but impossible to follow social distance as one of the workers was on top of me so I had to leave the store without cheese because she was not moving.

   Fabulous range of east European goods. Including wonderful deli and fresh herbs. I don't understand how any idiots can give this place a 1 star rating when they've never been - their ratings should be removed.

   If you are fan of Polish food, it is a great place to do shopping. Very good value for money (except alcohol if you know the price in Poland) and really wide choice of everything, from small snacks to sausages etc. Very convenient car park just behind the shop.
