   Terrible Customer service, damaged in transit due to poor packaging and the design of the toolbox, these toolboxes are cheap for a reason. Absolute chocolate, flimsy and not fit for purpose. Top box was inside bottom box and retaining screws had pulled out and damaged the top and bottom of the box. Would not recommend purchasing one of these, save you money and go elsewhere.

   Business Buyer Beware ordered an item when typed into Google as a gym bin/cabinet yes also described as a workshop item, item arrived and looks great but has no top with it asked the company same day if they was sending this separately was told no but can order this separately it was designed as an under counter item when asked to tell me what returns process is as it’s just not what we thought and is unsuitable was told basically tough you ordered it your keeping it when asked surely this doesn’t affect my statutory rights was told as it’s a business to business sale there is nothing we can do and we will have to keep the item we can’t use unless we buy an expensive worktop from the same company which we won’t do I would rather pay double and have one made elsewhere what a terrible attitude to have regards returning an item that’s unsuitable. So if your a business make sure you do your homework or you are stuck with an expensive piece of equipment that quite frankly is useless if you have no other equipment that goes with it very disappointed trading standards contacted awaiting there response

   Just bought the 3 Tonne jack and jack stands combo today for an L322 Range Rover and it was absolutely perfect. Fit under the sidesteps with a fully deflated suspension, without fouling them, while still reaching the jacking point on lift. Very precise when controlling the hub to align for reassembly too. Made a pain of an evening job in the heat quite enjoyable and controlled. Service at the service counter spot on also bringing it out and offering to help load. Fantastic all round!

   Came across SGS Engineering while looking for a car trolley jack. Their website has a wide range of products for cars, gardens, and more. Prices are very competitive compared to others I checked. My order was delivered next day by FedEx, which was impressive. Too soon to judge the product’s longevity, but I’m very happy with the website and fast delivery. Will definitely use them again.

   *** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY *** Ordered a 9 drawer tool box 3rd January for delivery 4th January. Came the 5th damaged. Told SGS did as instructed had to wait a week for collection and replacement. 2nd damaged. Told SGS again. 3rd sent out had to wait over a week. Guess what damaged again. I have sent countless messages and made numerous phone calls about this. Was told 3rd will be better protected. They just added some plastic straps. Missed delivery and collection dates. All they offered was a measly refund of £10. They don't take liability as the retailer that the issue is to do with DHL. But don't switch the courier. ********* AVOID *********

   Ordered a 50l compressor on Friday which arrived on Tuesday. Unfortunately on opening the packaging, there was some damage. After a conversation with the customer services team SGS arranged to collect and replace on the same date which was most convenient to us. Problems will always arise, but how a company manages these is a measure of quality. Very happy and would use SGS again.

   I must admit I am a thoroughly disappointed with my order from SGS. First item arrived after a few days and once taken out of the box found it to be dented at the bottom where it has either been dropped in transit or at the warehouse. Packaged up again and collected to be replaced by another cabinet which was now dented on the top. Wasn't willing to waste time on a third try so requested refund. Item couldn’t be collected for a while as they had courier issues, still waiting for the refund even though it was collected last week. Staff are very friendly and understand it isn’t there fault but some amount of responsibility needs to be taken for people that are spending hard earned money on these tool chests. Have subsequently bought a Halfords cabinet and the build quality is far superior to that of the cheaper cabinet I bought. A real shame as the cabinets really do look the part of the website but in reality a bit of a let down. Sort it out SGS.

   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST .I got a toolbox from them and 2 days in the runners felled they bent and top draw fell out . 5 mouths on I still have not received any new parts or been offered a replacement or refund. The box's are not fit for purpose. Don't waste your money
