The worst sausage rolls l've ever had. Tasteless bottom end quality from the hot pastry counter. No prices on any of it either.
Slightly overpriced, but think this is expected based on a lack of competition and that it services a whole village. The butchers hidden at the back is a local secret and the overall service is always highly efficient, just not always the most welcoming.
We visited this shop for the first time yesterday . Mainly because we are pretty sure before it changed hands many times over the years and modernised. It might have been connected to our family from the early 1900s and known as Shone Stores then . The staff that we spoke to were so friendly and helpful. If we lived in that area . Would definitely be a shop we would use
Sells most things but can prove expensive..Some good deals. Always open so very handy.
Very good local store that seems to sell everything you wood need in an emergency if needed. Staff very polite and pleasant. Adequate parking and clean shop.
Nice friendly staff but very poor social distancing by staff to customers. Saying sorry as they brush past you in the aisle while restocking is not good enough. The manager needs to have serious rethink about when and how they restock. Won’t go back.
