   I get I'D as a 27 year old. I don't look 18 nor do I fit in challenge 25. This was just an insult aimed at me. If you don't want me then just tell me to leave. I was purchasing no alcohol Corona. I get ID at 27 for JUICE! Ridiculous!

   This isn't a good Asda, there's always a long wait to collect parcels. Once they even gave my parcel to someone else, they never check ID. I then had to fight to get a refund as they said I had collected it, which I didn't. Lastly, the lady who works in the George department is rude!! I've complained to head office, who agreed what she said to me was rude and not how they have been trained!! So was the young guy who stood and let her be rude, I think he was a manager of sorts!! I won't be going back here now. I'm.still in talks with head office and my complaint. There's much better Asda stores to use.

   Offers very often dont go through at checkout. Usually find everything Im shopping for. Disappointed at large price increases in Asda's Own products. New Asda Reward points mobile system a hassle; causes hold ups at checkout - why carnt they just issue a points card!

   Car park can become very congested/full at peak times. Click and collect, disabled and parent/child parking bays close to main entrance. Fairly new, smart but relatively small store that can get very crowded although self checkout helps speed through put. Good range of products. Excellent bakery Some pricing was confusing on my visit and apparently not many staff on the shop floor to assist. Like all supermarkets now, pricing is rising rapidlly and I feel some profiteering is occurring.

   While I have no problem in products being limited due to availability etc. I do however have a problem with it not been made clear when selecting said items from the shelves. Then it being brought to one’s attention while trying to purchase these items at the tills. Making one totally embarrassed while being watched by other shoppers. Totally out of order.
