   Never normally an issue but this morning the lady seemed to be in a mood and refused me service for a drink. Claiming the proxy law because my daughter carried it to the till for me. I said id go out and come back and she said shed still refuse! she had a bad attitude and when asked why she wouldn't serve me proceeded to talk into her headset because in her own words 'she just can't' she had an attitude and I will be going to the head office regarding this.

   Good location and easy parking . Plenty of variety and choice for a small store. I go here to collect parcels but feel so sorry for all the staff who can't safely move behind tills for the mountain of parcels at their feet. The management need to sort this parcel issue out. The staff have to climb through the mountain of parcels to find each one , no order to it on shelving in a store room but I guess they would need a staff member to run off all the time to collect . I won't choose this store as collection point unless no option .

   Staff ok but they seem to be slow at re stocking freezers and shelves being left half empty days at a time. Bakery options have been reduced to nothing alot of the time, Prices are disgusting considering they are meant to be the local cooperative. Other coops I have visited have been fully stocked, open to more options of food and drink and different offers on. I am not sure why this co op is not operating at the same level.

   Staff are amazing, very polite, and always ready to help. The shop is situated on a big estate just off the main road it sell an abundance to foods household fresh and frozen they also do a just eat service well done guys five stars definitely deserved
