   Extremely rude staff every morning. If you’re going to complain about customers (to other customers), please try and wait until after said customer has left the store.

   I'm work for deliveroo and had an order to pick up. Every other Co op I go to I'm allowed to scan and take the order. Here though I didn't get a warning I got shouted at in front of customers to not touch the bags. I was told to show my order number which I couldn't as I already accepted the order so she hid the bag and left. I called rider support which was helpful as they said they can Confirm the order number to the cashier. I told the cashier when she has a moment the rider support can confirm the number to which she had an outburst of anger and starting shouting at me that I expect her to drop everything and come to check my number. This is all happening Infront of a line of customers. I ended up canceling the order as there's no point arguing with stupid. Either way, the way the cashier acted was very unprofessional and there was no need to turn aggressive and shout at me. Avoid this shop...

   A spacious store, with good stock levels and plenty of tills inside (not always the case with Co-ops). Not particularly cheap inside, but handy for the last minute essentials. The large car park outside the store is also a positive.

   It's convenient and accessible which is good. The car park is only a minutes walk away and has trolleys and a recycling area for clothes, etc. The shop has a broad range of food and non-food items. Work on points. The fresh produce isn't always that fresh. I've bought items several times out of necessity that are well past their best. Often they gave delivery issues and run out of stock on certain lines. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful. There's an amazon locker which is useful.

   It's amazing that the Co-op cannot take a Paypoint Energy Voucher because it was on a mobile phone and was not printed! Yet other stores can do it including the Co-op garage which is only down the road! Other shops can do it but I guess it was too much to ask at the Co-op Hedge End to cope with or they just couldn't be bothered! Terrible service!

   Checked closing time (7pm today) and set off arriving 6.15pm... 4 other customers were stood outside as it was closed! This is not the first time the store has been closed when advertised as open. Please amend your opening hours ... outside the shop as well as online! When open, staff have been helpful but stock can be hit and miss.

   Excellent range of foods in a well stocked, popular store. Good layout and lighting. Range of different tills including self-service. My bugbear is the automated loud and constant sound giving directions from these tills, which can be heard across the store.

   And the award for Britain's Slowest Shop Goes To... The Coop! Soo slow, people push in the line, shelves are always empty. Staff are okay but again, slow! If it's not busy, then they must have new staff!
