   The new layout in this shop is awful Things have been moved here and there. And I understand the need to keep things stocked up however the ways the cagers are left makes it very hard to get around.

   This review is about the staff I gave two stars because there is only two members of staff that are really nice The others are pretty miserable And don't have good customer skills at all! They don't hi, talk to other members of staff on the till whilst serving me and totally ignore me and don't say bye or thank you. Very rude Acknowledge your customers! I only shop there if everywhere else is shut It's normally the evening staff Especially the guy on the till today!

   One star because they always stock up and give yellow labels out on the food but sometimes I can’t even get past because they bring out big trolleys that have a load of stuff on and they do get in the way I also spotted how many workers are around the store and not on tills they only have one or two people on tills and they make the line very long by putting one person on tills and the other stocking and talking to other workers

   I live literally 30 seconds away from here & most of the staff know me well enough yet I got there at 22:57 & the manager would not let me in, even though I explained what I needed was URGENT (4 women urgent ). So NOT happy with that behaviour

   Isn't it wrong? It states "You must keep a safe distance" and " You must wear a mask" but then Sainsbury's security officer let a group of 3 guys to mess for for 5 minutes in store together....one wearing a mask, one not wearing a mask and the 3rd one covering only his mouth. And yes very often you can see customers not wearing a mask in this shop hence I think this shop is not safe during pandemic times. Apart from that staff is all helpful and friendly.

   A great selection of products, helpful staff & a convenient location could've made the perfect shop, however it is incredibly cramped (each of the 4/5 isles are barely a Metre wide) and they are more expensive on almost everything, but when it's 10:30pm, you're dying for a cuppa and you need milk, you're glad it's there.
