   Worst customer service from Nathan. He thought i was going to drive off when i open my car door after fuelling to get a penny as went over. Asked him why he took my number plate down as it was clear as day he face was almost out the night time payment porch and writing it down on his notepad. But no no I wasn’t writing it down. Give some customers the benefit of the doubt. Goes further if you give customers a good experience.

   The Y-Pass garage is the best in the area for cars, buses & lorries. Parking for up to 25 x 44t trucks on now resurfaced hard standing. Food/grocery/hot drinks & good toilet facilities (possible shower too for overnight sleepers). I think its £25 p/night for trucks etc. OK Diner now reopened on s/bound side offers ace fodder at reasonable prices.. licensed too I think. ***Car Wash (n/bound side) is THE best service that you are likely to experience..still £5 for wash/dry (02/06/21) and £10 mini valet*** they work hard for their money and are always courteous-nothing is too little or too much.
