The derby services . Looking very tired and in need of a make over. Even the food outlets have a shut up . Toilets are past there best and I need of a overhaul. About 20 truck bays ,plenty of car parking and additional retail units to the rear including a rather nice independent coffee shop.
It's like a little oasis of calm. They certainly know how to make a person feel welcome. All the essentials you're used to are here, parking isn't bad, and the staff are lovely
if I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. Just been in getting fuel and a coffee, accidentally spilled it and was told I would be charged for a new one... really it was an accident and would have been an opportunity for goodwill but the customer service representative has no compassion. I know it was my mistake but it was a cup of coffee getting a new one would have been good customer service.
OK, toilets are not always the cleanest, but we always stop here on the way up to our daughter's in Warrington. Occasionally get some discounted sandwiches there. Too expensive if full pricr
A great place to stop if you're, like we were, on a long journey from west to east. A great selection of drinks and sandwiches and the lady on the till was first class.
Friendly staff, clean and organised. Shame they are struggling with deliveries as many sections are looking empty. Also very surprised to see Tesco family products (Jack's Tesco family).
Outrageous expensive, miserable staff, dirty, no vegan basics and in general very disappointing and totally unneeded goods. Expect to queue for about 15min just for a packet of crisps. Also check your change and the actual cost as staff like to double scan the same item.
