    A few days ago I was looking for product I'd had trouble finding elsewhere, that I was initially unable to find here too. When I asked the staff they took time to search for any remaining products and found one for me. I purchased and took it home but unfortunately the next day saw the product was quite past its by use by date . I messaged the shop on that Saturday, received prompt replies and had a refund in my account on Monday. It was a shame the product was expired and I still have to look for another, but the resolution is the most efficient I've ever experienced!

    Purchased faulty goods had trouble with owner or staff exchanging faulty goods after three visits I managed to get a refund. Would not go again the store assistant had a bad attitude.will not go again.
