Terrible service, especially when it comes to Evri collect/return. Staff are very rude and quite literally seems like they have no manners.
Good food however what happened was that i bought a pair of wired ear buds for £10 called "Gadjet", these ear buds are shaped very oddly and can't even stay still in my ears, they come off seconds after putting them in, forgot to mention that on the packet it says that they are SPORTS earbuds meaning they should stay in your ear as they are hard to shake off. These Earbuds cost £10 and yet they don't even stay in your ear like every earbud should. Feels like a scam
I just got kicked out of the shop because two people got caught shoplifting. So I’m starving because they don’t know how to file theft reports. Rudely had the things I was about to pay for taken out of my hands and kicked out for something that has literally nothing to do with me.
Very unprofessional and rude staff, with no idea of consumer laws.
Some of the staff there need to do there job properly robbed me of £6 and said she didn't and I was right I will never trust staff there again she had blonde hair with glasses probably about late 50s

I had a very bad experience with the customer service personnel ( a young lady) just couldn't identify her name. You treat everyone equal and don't just pick up I will never shop here and would also not recommend anyone to do so.
This place has many bargains many items and everything to get you buy you day but you will get by its cheaper than your usaul corner shop. Blue top milk.2 for £2 cheaper than any where and many more bargains or cheap prices to be had
