I agree with KF, the product and service is good and no problem getting hold of them on the phone.
We bought 12 criss cross framed chairs from AVL 2 years ago, for Service Accomodation. We are so happy with them we are in the process of buying another 17. The person who was complaining that they could not get hold of them, would have been trying to get hold of them over a Bank Holiday Weekend. They do not work weekends, and they were probably not working, Bank Holiday Monday.
Dad bought a table from these which come damaged tried getting in touch by phone and text and they don't respond at all!! So if ya order and it comes damaged you'll be stuck with it!!
