   A small store with the essentials. Coop says they care about the community and being a coop member you are part of the "family". Yet they charge you prices higher than other supermarkets for average quality. This particular shop is ok. Not much choice and expensive. The staff isn't friendly. The big grumpy Asian security guard was following my partner around the shop for no reason. I don't like going to a shop and immediately being suspected to be a thief. If they have a shoplifting problem they must sort it out without making their loyal customers feeling unwelcome.

   Google says "open at 6 am" apart Sunday. But I have been there 1000 times at anytime after six and it's never open!

   A Just Eat delivery for Co-Op Ocean Village brought a food delivery to Canute House this morning at 07.45am. He was coughing in the communal hallway by the lift opposite my door. I looked out my spy hole and he coughed up a load of phlegm and spat it on the floor. Also he was obviously unwashed as he left a foul smell all around. Would you want such a filthy delivery man handling and delivering your food!!!!!!

   This kid called gunt just started giving me dirty looks then he whips out a picture of these guys making out. It made my two year old really uncomfortable.

   It is a decent express shop. However, very often I cannot find the items I am looking for, even very ordinary items, not sure if still affected by the delays in supply and lack of lorry drivers...

   Very disapointed with the employees on shift last night. As an individual I have to protect myself in this distressing times with a mask and gloves... From the moment me and my partner entered the shop, 2 of the employees were following us around the shop and laughing. On check out, my partner was waiting 1 meter away from the till and one of the guys asked him if there is a problem?! At this point we were both confused as we were just doing some normal shopping and not saying anything. We felt like we were treated diferently because we were wearing mask and gloves!

   Brilliant! Generally very quiet with no queues and a row of self use checkouts waiting to be used. Great selection of items which are displayed clearly and are easy to browse and find things. With a bakery section with fresh bread,rolls,doughnuts ect, And a section for snacks also. 2 Entrances one of which is step-free another with a lift. A nice shop however can be a little on the pricey side.
