    Not very good atall. Our orders where delivered here as we was not home. Gps delivered and tracking. The grumpy shop owner said there was no delivery. Whole order gone. Probably to there families. Avoid for drop offs

    Had to collect parcel to be told its not there even tho I had confirmation and it been signed for got told three times it not there in a very rude manner .. then he told me to take a look for myself and low and behold my parcel was right there with my name on it ... lazy and rude

    Very disappointed and frustrated after my experience today. Should have been an easy exchange, with the production of my ID, I went to collect my “click and collect” parcel. I waited for over 20 minutes for both shop assistants to find my parcel, they started to serve other customers, and asked for further ID on top of my driving licence. Rather than just looking at my ID and handing it back, they held this for the full duration of my unpleasant stay, very unprofessional. The entire time, my parcel was actually where the assistant had previously checked on several occasions. My biggest bug bear was that in between making small talk with me, they spoke their own language to each other, made me feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend, nor will I be using this store again.
