Says there open till 8 Christmas Day , just went and there shutters are down , don't put your open till 8 if your not
Your parcels are not necessarily safe. I dropped one here and it never made it to the courier. The shop takes no responsibility for parcels left with them and because it wasn't there when the courier came to collect it I couldn't claim from them. I now drop my parcels elsewhere.
The former Manager was extremely rude! He frequently refused my parcels stating there not enough storage space SO STOP TAKING CLICK AND COLLECT COMMISSION AND DROP OUT OF THE SERVICE!!! UPDATE....1.11.20 SO THEY GET RID OF BAD MANAGER AND REPLACE HIM WITH YET ANOTHER EVEN MORE RUDE SALES ASSISTANT WHO PRACTICALLY THROWS MY PARCELS AT ME AND NEVER SAYS A WORD!! MY NEXT VISIT I INTEND TO CONFRONT THIS PERSON AS I SHOULDNT FEEL INTIMIDATED!! UPDATE....WHY ARE THEY ALLOWING PEOPLE INTO THIS SHOP WITHOUT FACE MASKS...MAINLY YOUNG LADS! The owners of this shop clearly do not care about Customer Service. How can we all be expected to support our local shops through this pandemic when we are treated with such disrespect! Royal Mail here i come!

One Particular member of staff will consistently try and overcharge you. It's happened on numerous occasions and hes obviously trying to make a bit on the side so be cautious and make sure your being charged the correct amount!
