Shop is always empty, they might aswell shut the shop down. Every time I've gone to the shop the shelves are empty, staff always say waiting for a delivery, this has been the answer for the last couple of weeks.

Only shop in a small village - closed early because England are playing but didn’t change their hours on google or socials. Left us all a bit screwed.
Expensive, run down, filthy canopy over the veg doesn't give a good impression, no outside lighting at night, car park has huge potholes so need to be carful driving in. Could be so much better

The opening hours are fantastic, but the stock management needs work. It's not unusual for them to run out of what I would deem basics (e.g. milk, eggs, rice) and items on offer are sometimes out of stock for days and days. It's quite a large store and, when well stocked, it has a good range of products.
