   We recently had a Ben Heath Kitchen installed and we are completely delighted. The entire process from the initial consultation to the final 'reveal' has been seamless and completely enjoyable. Ben, Gaby and the team have been a pleasure to work with and the quality of the design and workmanship has exceeded our expectations. The fitters really went above and beyond. I am so happy that I decided to go for a more bespoke kitchen and steer away from the larger kitchen manufacturers. I highly recommend!

   Ben and his team provided a top-quality service from first meeting to finishing touches and following up with a site visit once we’d fully settled in. Having received consultations from several other kitchen suppliers, we were incredibly impressed with Ben’s skill and overall professionalism. He suggested we move the kitchen from the existing location (what we were requesting to replace), to a room originally designed as a conservatory and it was one of the best decisions we made. The design is so well coordinated and laid out, it’s given us everything we wanted and more; lots of worktops and specific zones for cooking, socialising and relaxing and has made the best use of space. Ben and his team guided us through everything from floor tiles, grout and sealer to location and design of inbuilt chopping boards, trays and towel hangers. The expertise and attention to detail speak for themselves and we now have room that is the centre of the house, we’re proud of and we use more than we ever expected. We would recommend Ben and his team and have done already to a close friend.

   We are absolutely thrilled that we chose to use Ben Heath for our kitchen and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a new kitchen. From start to finish the service that we received from them was fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with our gorgeous new kitchen! In the early stages of planning the kitchen, Ben was incredibly helpful in making what could have been painstaking decisions so easy and fun. The installation team were absolutely fantastic and the attention to detail and care taken on installation was exceptional. What really makes Ben Heath stand out from the rest is the outstanding service both during the sales process and also after installation. We have just had a lovely visit from Ben having had our kitchen installed two weeks ago just to check that everything is OK. All of his employees are delightful, professional and efficient as well. If you’re looking for a new kitchen, Ben Heath couldn’t be better!

   We chose Ben Heath to design and install our kitchen in 2019. I am sure we were not the easiest of customers, mainly driven by our passion to realise our 'dream'. Having met dozens of companies who all claimed to understand our wants and needs Ben stood out from the crowd. Ben’s design was completely different to what we had envisaged or had been shown by others. We loved that Ben unapologetically challenged our vision on how the kitchen should be laid out. Like everyone buying a kitchen, we all think we can design a kitchen, right! Ben simply ‘gets it’ and we are so glad that we took his lead and listened to his recommendations. In hindsight I dread to think how it would have turned out if we had gone with other companies that we met before meeting Ben. Ben gave us choice throughout the entire process, not force feeding us a bias on appliances / brands etc. The quality of the installation was fantastic. The Ben Heath team treated the installation as if it were their own kitchen. Only accepting perfection which was a delight as the customer. They didn’t rush anything, opting for precision and care. On occasions the team wouldn’t accept a finish and replaced the material without even consulting us. The end result is breath taking. Our kitchen was a huge deal for us. Other than our home, it’s the largest single purchase of our lives. We are so pleased with the outcome. The design is spot on, the quality of materials are top drawer, the appliances just right – where we pushed our budget I am thrilled. The team remain in contact and have popped back without a quibble to attend to the odd cupboard door squeaking here and there. We are so pleased with the work we have subsequently commissioned new built in wardrobes which are equally impressive. Since the project completed every single guest that we have hosted has been blown away by our new kitchen and so complimentary of Ben’s work. Given how important and expensive kitchens can be I strongly advocate that people listen to recommendations when making decisions on who to entrust, and without question I am recommending Ben Heath to friends, family and work colleagues – they wont be disappointed.
